SmartSoftKey, Inc., a leading Digital Rights Management solution provider,
is pleased to announce the latest release of Advanced Media Protection
(AMPLock) suite of products for document encryption, management and
delivery.
With its AMPLockTM and AMPKeyTM products, SmartSoftKey, Inc. utilizes
a multi-layered security methodology that prevents documents from being
inadvertently distributed to the wrong party, opened by anyone but the
intended recipient, or hacked during transmission over the Internet.
By using a high-level encryption scheme and a complex algorithm that
generates a unique ID, the AMPLock product ties documents to a specific
user’s workstation, preventing recipients of AMPLock-protected
documents from forwarding confidential or sensitive information to a
third party. Documents are kept secure both inside the network and outside
of the firewall and authenticity of the intended recipient is verified
instantaneously when the protected document is opened, leaving the process
completely transparent to the recipient.
