SmartSoftKey, Inc. announces the appointment of Steven J. Krantz as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Madison, Wisconsin, May 5, 2004

SmartSoftKey, Inc., a leading Digital Rights Management solution provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven J. Krantz as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Krantz has over 10 years of business experience in the areas of operations, business strategy, and technology. As the tenth employee and first member of Telution’s Client Delivery group, Steve helped to build a successful organization of over 100 employees. To facilitate that growth, Steve provided leadership in client relationships, strategic direction, business development, and recruiting. Prior to that, Mr. Krantz served as Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed large distribution and logistics projects for Fortune 500 retail companies.

Mr. Krantz holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI and a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management/Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington, IN.
