SmartSoftKey, Inc. announces the appointment of Steven A. Haroldson
as its Chief Information Officer.

SmartSoftKey, Inc., a leading Digital Rights Management solution provider,
is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven A. Haroldson as its
Chief Information Officer. Mr. Haroldson has also been appointed to
SmartSoftKey’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Haroldson comes to SmartSoftKey with over 38 years of experience
in the Information Technology area, including 25 years in senior management
with CUNA Mutual Group. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer
where he was responsible for providing vision, leadership and management
direction for all IT activities within the extended enterprise. Mr.
Haroldson holds a magna cum laude degree in Economics from Edgewood
College in Madison, Wisconsin.
