SmartSoftKey’s Board of Directors is responsible to the shareholders for the overall governance of the company. The Board is elected by the shareholders at the Annual Meeting and the Directors subsequently meet to elect the officers. The Directors hold office until the next Annual Meeting of shareholders, at which time successors are elected.

The Board will meet as necessary, to ensure the effective governance of the corporation.
